Jennifer teaches a practical framework for restoring regulation, resolving conflict, and navigating difficult conversations.
About Jennifer
Organizations, leaders, and individuals seek Jennifer’s insights when communication has broken down, conflict has escalated, or the path forward is unclear. Through practical strategies and a deep understanding of human behavior, she helps people navigate difficult situations with greater confidence, perspective, and hope.
Long before stepping onto a stage, Jennifer spent years working privately with more than 200 women navigating divorce, betrayal, grief, emotional abuse, shattered confidence, and major life transitions. She sat with people as they made impossible decisions, questioned their own judgment, rebuilt their identities, and fought to create lives they actually wanted to live.
Her understanding of human behavior was not developed solely through academic study. It was forged through thousands of conversations with people in crisis, combined with her own experiences navigating adversity, loss, conflict, and reinvention. Those experiences revealed something she would see again and again: human behavior follows patterns.
Today, Jennifer helps audiences understand those patterns so they can communicate more effectively, navigate conflict more skillfully, and make better decisions when the stakes are high.
Through speaking engagements, books, and educational content, she translates complex human behavior into practical strategies people can apply immediately in both their professional and personal lives .
